The New York Knicks beat the Boston Celtics 108-105 in overtime in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals. The Celtics missed 45 three-pointers during the loss, and Colin Cowherd says that this game is an outlier and that the Celtics will still win the series.

The Knicks were the definition of resilient and, with a 20-6 run in the second half of the third quarter, stormed back to make it a game. Jalen Brunson was doing his own matchup hunting, going at Al Horford, and it worked. The game went to overtime, and what sealed it more than anything was Mikal Bridges’ defense.
