Alabama baseball picked up its fourth offseason commitment from the transfer portal on Monday. Former South Alabama infielder Brennan Holt, who spent a year at LSU and a year at Oklahoma State, announced his decision to transfer to the Crimson Tide in a post to social media.

After Alabama softball saw its season come to an end in NCAA Super Regionals, the Crimson Tide now turns its attention to the transfer portal. The Crimson Tide made its 26th-consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance along with its 19th super regional appearance in 2025.

Brennan Holt, who has previously played for LSU, Oklahoma State and (most recently) South Alabama. 2026 will be Holt's last collegiate campaign. He played 45 games in the 2025 season, batting .303 with six home runs and 31 runs batted in.
