During the first showdown in Week 11, Green Bay blocked a would-be Bears game-winning field goal as time expired and came out on top 20-19. In the final regular-season game of the year, Chicago had another field goal attempt as time expired and converted, defeating the Packers 24-22, and for the first time since 2018.

The NFL is set to release its full 2025 schedule at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday. While several marquee matchups have already been spoiled, a few highly anticipated matchups have yet to be announced.

The first Bears game of 2025 is confirmed and it will be a standalone game on Saturday, December 20th against the Green Bay Packers.

GREEN BAY – The Packers' annual trip to Soldier Field in Chicago to battle the NFC North rival Bears will take place Saturday, Dec. 20, at either 3:30 p.m. or 7 p.m. CT.

There's now a lot of hope surrounding the team and on Monday, the NFL announced that the Bears would be taking on the Green Bay Packers for a Week 16 matchup on Dec. 20. Of course, the two teams are a part of the biggest rivalry in NFL history, and the Bears quickly reacted to the news, saying "Week 16 at our place," via a social media post.

As of 5:30 p.m. EST on May 13, DraktKings Sportsbook sets the line at seven points with the Philadelphia Eagles as the favorites. The OVER/UNDER at that time was 46.5 points. The moneyline was -310 for the defending champs compared to +250 for the Dallas Cowboys. Keep in mind that game odds refresh periodically and are scheduled to change.

In 2024, the Chicago Bears ... great for the rivalry, which has been a one-sided beatdown for far too long, if Green Bay lost two consecutive home games and both were to the Bears.

The Detroit rivalry is obviously intensified with Ben Johnson coming to coach in Chicago but a massive loss of coaching staff members could also hurt the Lions.
