The Cleveland Browns surprisingly decided to use two mid-round picks on quarterbacks in last month's NFL draft, and it sounds like one of them was their primary target.

Turns out, going 3-14 and having no clear answer at quarterback doesn't make a team a big prime-time draw. Outside of the game in London against the Minnesota Vikings, the Browns have no current prime-time kickoffs, and only two 4 p.m. games, one of which is in Las Vegas.
