AKRON, Ohio (WJW) — The Summit County Medical Examiner and Akron Police Department are investigating the homicide of a 31-year-old man who was fatally shot inside a bar early Thursday morning. Officers and EMS responded around 2:30 a.m. June 12 to a reported shooting at a bar in the 900 block of Old Main Street.

When police arrived, they found the man lying on the ground just inside the back door of the bar with a gunshot wound.
